Executive Chef Joel Zaragoza pays homage to America’s culinary heritage with an emphasis on fresh, seasonal ingredients. Harding’s inspired menu fuses modern influences with flavors of Americana.

Couples will have the option to dazzle their guests with dishes such as grilled goat cheese and fig toast with rosemary honey, veal and ricotta meatballs, and mini braised beef short ribs with cabernet reduction, creamy whipped potato and celery root puree.

In addition, Harding's is one of the few venues that will custom design a menu for you.
